LegalMatch is looking for a UX/UI Designer who is confident in both user-centered thinking and polished visual design. You’ll play a key role in shaping our product’s experience—from initial concepts through final implementation—while working closely with product managers, developers, and other designers.

This position will be in-office at our Reno, NV location.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for business-focused web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems and deliver elegant, effective solutions.
  • Translate complex workflows into clean and simple user experiences.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Contribute to and help evolve our in-house design system and brand guidelines.
  • Overseeing design tasks, and ensuring alignment with project requirements and deadlines.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates UX thinking, visual design skills, and design process.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to balance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a close-knit in-house team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a SaaS, tech, or product-led company.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS (you don’t need to code, but understanding dev constraints helps).
  • Experience contributing to or building a design system.
