Shiji ReviewPro, a global leader in Guest Intelligence solutions for the hospitality industry, is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our Product team in Barcelona.
What you will do
- Work alongside the rest of the design team.
- Defining user-centred interfaces for web applications.
- Executing all stages of the visual design process, including initial concept development, design iterations, and presentation to the team and clients.
- Creating low and high-fidelity mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Ensuring that the designs meet Shiji ReviewPro brand standards, while applying design principles such as visual weight, color theory, balance, and typography, with a high focus on usability and accessibility.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Product Design, Interactive Design, Human-Computer Interaction or similar.
- A passion for design and user experience.
- Expert in creating interaction design solutions for app and web.
- Proficiency to produce engaging, branded and high fidelity product displays.
- Familiar with working with design systems that scale consistently across platforms.
- Expertise with visual design software such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe pack.
- Ability to work collaboratively and as part of design and product team.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends.
Nice to have
- Technical knowledge that lets you understand how the product is developed.
- Earlier experience working in B2B2C or B2B product and/or productivity software.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
