UX Researcher - Ongoing Opportunities (Remote - US)

The UX Researcher will design, conduct, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research studies to generate actionable insights that inform product and service decisions. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior researchers, and presenting findings to stakeholders. You will help shape user-centered strategies, influence design decisions, and support client engagements while staying current with emerging research methodologies and tools. Accountabilities

·         Lead or support end-to-end UX research projects across industries and platforms.

·         Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies, including usability tests, field studies, interviews, and surveys.

·         Analyze research data and generate actionable insights, recommendations, and visual deliverables such as journey maps, personas, and reports.

·         Mentor and train junior researchers, contributing to internal knowledge sharing and team growth.

·         Serve as a key point of contact for clients, assisting with scoping, proposal writing, and research presentations.

·         Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve internal research best practices and processes.

·         Contribute thought leadership through webinars, blogs, or conference participation.

·         Support project management tasks, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in a related field (HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Design, Marketing Research, or similar).

·         2–3 years of applied UX research experience; experience leading client-facing research projects preferred.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Strong analytical, organizational, and storytelling abilities.

·         Experience with research tools (e.g., UserTesting, dscout, Optimal Workshop, eye tracking) preferred.

·         Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

·         Comfort with project management software (e.g., Monday.com), Microsoft Office, and GSuite.

·         Advanced qualifications (Master’s degree or 5+ years of experience) and additional skills in statistics, video editing, or eye-tracking are a plus.

·         Willingness to travel up to 40% depending on project requirements.
