UX Researcher

As part of our continued growth, Neo Group is recruiting on behalf of one of our local partners, leveraging our network of 1,400 talented professionals across 10+ countries. Our product team is looking for an experienced UX Researcher to help us better understand our users and improve the product based on data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative user research (interviews, usability testing, etc.).
• Identify problems, formulate and test hypotheses, and provide actionable product improvement recommendations.
• Analyse competitors and user experiences.
• Visualise research findings (presentations, reports, CJMs, etc.).
• Collaborate with product managers and designers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UX research (B2C).
• Strong knowledge of qualitative research methods.
• Ability to lead research from goal setting to results presentation.
• Excellent communication and self-management skills.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with quantitative research.
• UX portfolio with case studies.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
