You will be:

  • independently conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including research design, moderation, and reporting,

  • planning research activities as part of the product development strategy,

  • taking ownership of a product or a specific part of a product,

  • continuous collaboration with stakeholders and designers,

  • facilitating workshops with teams, product managers, and designers.

We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher with a background in the eCommerce industry. If you are passionate about the behavioral aspects of shaping digital products and have the required experience, we would be happy to meet you during the recruitment process.

Requirements

Your profile:

  • minimum 3 years of experience independently planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research,

  • hands-on experience in independently recruiting research participants,

  • experience in the eCommerce industry,

  • ability to take a strategic approach to UX research that translates into business value,

  • a comprehensive research approach combined with the ability to view problems from multiple research perspectives,

  • proficiency in English (minimum B2 level),

  • ability to present research findings in an engaging and compelling way,

  • experience in defining and formulating UX metrics,

  • knowledge of AI tools and their applications in UX research.

  • Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

  • familiarity with one or more of the following tools: OptimalWorkshop, Maze, Dovetail, Google Analytics, Pendo, survey tools
