This role sits at the heart of UX, Product, and Engineering. You’ll help keep our teams running smoothly, guide multi-phase Design initiatives, support UX Product operations, and make sure everyone has what they need to build great software. What You’ll Do:
Help Lead UX Initiatives Across Product Lines
• Work with UX leaders on projects that span multiple products and teams.
• Take a proactive and collaborative approach to help define requirements and outcomes.
• Bring clarity to complex programs, making sure key tasks and milestones stay on track by organizing goals, timelines, and driving communication.
• Build strong partnerships with UX, Product, R&D and others.
• Spot cross-team gaps and help close them before they become bigger issues.
Plan, Coordinate, and Deliver
• Manage timelines, plans, risks, and dependencies for UX and product initiatives.
• Help run meetings, checkpoints, reviews, and cross-functional syncs.
• Help Product and UX teams refine planning, prioritization, and communication processes.
• Bring structure and calm to fast-moving projects.
