UX Designer

Zipdev is seeking a highly organized UX/UI Designer to bring structure, consistency, and scalability to a product’s front-end design. The current interface has evolved through individual design choices, resulting in visual and structural inconsistencies. We are looking for a dedicated designer to organize the existing Figma project into a well-structured, component-based design system that ensures a consistent and unified user experience for developers and end users alike.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on turning disorder into clarity, enjoys building scalable systems, and has a passion for user-centered design and visual precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the Figma project and organize it into a well-structured, reusable design system
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes based on requirements from the Business Analyst
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Maintain and evolve the design system as new features and components are added
• Ensure UX/UI consistency across all product surfaces, emphasizing usability and interaction quality

Requirements

• High English Level (C1+).

• 2+ years of experience in UX design or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of web and mobile design principles, trends, and best practices.
• Ability to think critically and incorporate user feedback into design solutions.
• Must be located in Latam.
