UX Designer (with Web Analytics Expertise)

• Conduct websites and apps review to identify usability issues and recommend actionable improvements 
• Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes based on analytics and user research to visualize design solutions 
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows based on behavioral data 
• Conduct usability testing and research to validate design decisions and optimize user experience 
• Analyze Google Analytics data to determine user behavior, identify usability issues, and highlight growth opportunities 
• Set up and configure Google Tag Manager tags or similar tracking systems to monitor key user actions, funnel progression, goal completion, etc. 
• Plan, conduct, and interpret A/B tests to optimize existing features and guide the implementation of new ones 
• Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics 
• Partner with product managers, designers, developers, and marketing specialists to align design solutions with business goals 
• Present findings, prototypes, and data-driven recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design with demonstrable experience in data-driven design 
• Expertise in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) 
• Confident knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.  
• Experience running and analyzing A/B tests to inform decision-making 
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for data manipulation and visualization 
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability and accessibility standards  
• Familiarity with Front-end technologies and web performance metrics 
• An Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher 
• Understanding of GDPR principles  

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Knowledge of Firebase, SQL, and Power BI 
• Experience with mobile analytics systems (e.g. AppsFlyer)
