Key Responsibilities:
• Create designs for complex interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications, while adhering to and contributing to our design system.
• Collaborate effectively with UX Researchers, UX designers, product & project managers, and developers throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
• Help researchers and strategists conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our various design accelerators and design systems
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards within the organization.
Key Skills:
•5-8 years of proven experience as a UX Designer, with experience of leading a small team.
•A strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in UX design and your ability to create impactful user experiences.
•Expert-level proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.
•Proficiency in in graphics design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
•Deep understanding of human-centered design principles, interaction design best practices, and usability.
•Extensive experience working with and contributing to design systems.
•Strong knowledge of usability and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
•Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
•Proven ability to mentor junior designers.
•Must have Experience in User Research (User-Centered Design, Human-Centered Design, UCD, HCD, Quantitative Research, Data-Driven Design)
Educational Qualification:
•Bachelor’s degree in Graphics / Interaction / Human-Computer Interaction Design or related fields or any graduate degree with relevant experience.
Good to have:
•Experience with motion graphics and animation.
•Basic Understanding of Front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
•Knowledge of of Usability and Accessibility Guidelines.
