We are looking for a talented UX Designer with a strong focus on User Interface (UI) design, who also has solid knowledge of usability principles and web accessibility standards. In this role, you will primarily design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces while ensuring that our digital products are user-friendly, inclusive, and accessible to all users.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers to create seamless user experiences across web platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design projects for web platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of usability principles and user-centered design.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 or higher).
• Experience designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

The responsibilities:

• Design high-quality, responsive user interfaces for web applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
• Apply usability best practices to improve user flows and interactions.
• Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Contribute to and maintain design documentation and component libraries.

The UX Designer will be primarily responsible for designing intuitive, visually engaging user interfaces for web applications, translating product requirements and user needs into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. The role includes improving user flows and interaction patterns based on usability best practices, ensuring compliance with web accessibility standards (such as WCAG), and conducting usability evaluations to identify areas of improvement. The designer will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to deliver consistent, responsive, and accessible digital experiences, while contributing to the evolution of the design system and maintaining UI consistency across platforms.
