User Operations Specialist (Full-time/Intern) - Shanghai 用户运营专家(全职/实习) - 上海

We are looking for empathetic and user-oriented experts to serve as the bridge between users and the Flowith product. You will engage deeply with Flowith global communities to foster daily community engagement, ensure user success, and build product feedback loops, helping Flowith scale its product philosophy worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Operations: Actively participate daily in Discord and other user communities. Guide constructive discussions and encourage knowledge sharing and case demonstrations.
• Globs User Support: Provide timely and professional user support via email and community channels.
• User Feedback & Experience Optimization: Systematically collect and analyze user feedback, translating insights into actionable product improvements.
• Product Guide: Assist in building and maintaining FAQs, tutorials, and onboarding documentation.
• Community activities: Support planning and organizing global and local community events to improve engagement and retention.

• 全球用户支持：通过邮件等渠道，为全球用户提供及时、专业的技术支持，解决使用中的疑难杂症。
• 用户反馈与体验优化：系统性收集用户反馈，深入挖掘需求，与产品团队密切合作，将一线声音转化为产品迭代的动力。
• 知识库建设：协助完善产品 FAQ、教程文档及 Flowith 示例文档，帮助用户更快上手产品。
• 活动策划：参与设计海内外社群活动，提升用户活跃度与留存率，增强用户对品牌的归属感。

Requirements

• You enjoy helping people and can explain complex things in simple ways.

• Strong interest in AI products, SaaS, or other Internet platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English; English as a working language is a strong plus.
• High empathy, service mindset; highly detail-oriented and sensitive to user emotions and needs.
• Familiar with community platforms (Discord, Reddit, or similar platforms preferred).
• Familiarity with Flowith’s core product features (Agent Neo, Canvas interaction) is a plus.
