About the Role:
We're looking for someone with a strong customer-centric mindset who is passionate about enhancing the online customer experience. In this role, you'll be instrumental in collaborating with various stakeholders to streamline and improve key processes related to online orders, including:

  • Secondlife/Marketplace user journeys: Optimizing the customer experience for these platforms.
  • Bulky Returns and Exchange Processes: Ensuring smooth and efficient handling of these transactions.
  • Post-Purchase Feedback Management: Responding to and addressing customer feedback to drive improvements.
  • Contact Centre KPI Achievement: Contributing to the overall success of our contact centre by reducing contact volume and improving efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Working across teams to identify and implement solutions that streamline operations within UHC.

Requirements

We're seeking someone who:

  • Is highly customer-focused and dedicated to providing exceptional service.
  • Possesses strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Is proactive and eager to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Is organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Is able to work towards achieving set KPI's.
