The User Experience Intern is responsible for Enhance the customer experience for private credit product.

Requirements

What you will do:

• Addressing Financial Advisors' (FAs') inquiries to gain insights into their common requirements.
• Conducting training for FAs on system utilization and enabling them to effectively communicate system functionalities to clients.
• Managing the comprehensive relationship lifecycle with the aforementioned clients.
• Developing a Financial Advisor and customer dashboard tailored to meet their specific needs.

What we are looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or UX/UI.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with discerning clients.
• Proficient in creating high-quality presentations using software like Microsoft PowerPoint or Canva.
• Possess foundational knowledge of Investment principles.
• Exhibits critical thinking skills and the capacity to propose enhancements for the customer experience.

Additional information :

• Available to work full-time (5 days/week) and able to start as soon as possible
• The intern salary is 10,000 Thai Baht.
