The UX Design Lead is a key driving force behind the design direction of TABtouch’s digital products where you will lead a small team of UX Designers.

The UX Design Lead is responsible for:

  • Oversee all aspects of the UX design process, incorporating research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping and implementation to ensure that our products meet the needs and expectations of our users while aligning with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, researchers, developers, engineers, marketers and other stakeholders to ensure our customers enjoy intuitive, engaging, and seamless user experiences.
  • Ensure consistency in style standards and design elements across various teams and solutions to maintain a unified user experience across mobile and web platforms
  • Facilitate & collaborate within ideation sessions, co-design workshops, generate opportunity canvases to drive innovation and develop solutions aligned with our product visions.
  • Transform UX ideas into tangible user experiences through the creation of user journeys, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
  • Utilise analytics and customer feedback to derive actionable insights, identifying opportunities to optimize digital interfaces and elevate overall customer satisfaction
  • Enhance customer-led innovation, design, and decision-making by adopting a rigorous user-centred design approach in collaboration with User Research SMEs that involves research, testing, validating, and iterating designs and workflows based on gathered user insights.

Essential:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years proven experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a UX Design Lead or Senior UX Designer role
  • Proven experience/portfolio showcasing user-centered design across web and mobile platforms.
  • Deep understanding of UX design principles, interaction design, and usability heuristics.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management/influencing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Experience working in Agile or Lean product development environments.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of data-driven design, A/B testing, and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG, Section 508).

Desirable:

  • Experience in managing and nurturing a team of UX designers.
  • Experience in conducting user research and applying human-centred design techniques
  • Experience in developing comprehensive user journey maps, service blueprints and experience frameworks that guide end-to-end user experiences
  • Experience in wagering/gaming, fintech or other regulated industries
