We are looking for a highly skilled User Acquisition Manager to join the Navan growth team. You will own our performance activity, driving growth through scalable acquisition strategies across social and discovery platforms. The ideal candidate is a performance-driven professional with 3–4 years of experience who can balance technical campaign management with high-impact creative intuition.

What You’ll Do

  • Discovery Channel Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of high-scale performance campaigns across social discovery channels, ensuring Navan stays top-of-mind in the feed.
  • Full-Funnel Optimization: Drive the end-to-end strategy for user acquisition, optimizing every touchpoint from the first "scroll-stopping" ad impression to the final signup.
  • Data-Driven Scaling: Utilize a rigorous analytical approach to monitor campaign performance, identifying areas for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and aggressive scaling opportunities.
  • Agile Performance Management: Maintain a pulse on budgets and real-time KPIs, identifying immediate opportunities to pivot strategies for maximum efficiency.
  • Experimentation & Innovation: Design and execute a relentless testing roadmap—covering new audience segments, bidding strategies, and ad formats—to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Creative Strategy: Partner with creative teams to produce trend-aware video content and UGC, using data-driven insights to iterate on high-performing hooks.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven UA Track Record: 3–4 years of experience managing large-scale budgets in a B2C or B2B2C environment from a leading SaaS company.
  • Discovery Mastery: Deep, hands-on expertise in social discovery platforms, with a primary focus on Meta. You know how to navigate the auction, leverage algorithms, and optimize for high-intent conversions.
  • Growth Analytics: Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics to drive high-stakes optimization decisions and tell a compelling story through data.
  • AI & Tech Savvy: A passion for leveraging AI tools to accelerate creative workflows, automate reporting, and maintain a high-velocity output.
  • Mindset: An open-minded, agile professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with rapid, daily experimentation.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
