User Acquisition at SmartyMe is built differently.
We’ve created our own in-house UA automation platform, including a working algorithm that independently makes decisions across campaigns — from structure and scaling to optimization logic. Today, this system already covers ~90% of all campaigns and continues to evolve in production.

This is not theory. This is a live, decision-making system that allows us to operate at a level of speed, consistency, and scale that is still rare on the market. As a UA manager at SmartyMe, you don’t spend your time on manual operations.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Meta Ads) who wants real autonomy, large-scale impact, and the opportunity to build UA on top of automation that actually works.

This role is designed for someone who is:

• tired of manual campaign management
• excited by systems, algorithms, and scalable growth
• motivated by ownership, results, and freedom

You will own one of our core acquisition channels, working with large budgets, advanced analytics, and a self-operating UA system — while directly influencing how this system evolves and scales.

This is a role where your decisions materially affect company growth.


Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale Meta Ads as a core acquisition channel
• Manage and grow large monthly budgets ($1M+) with a focus on ROAS and LTV
• Design and execute experimentation strategies across creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Work on top of — and help evolve — our UA automation algorithm
• Identify growth levers and translate insights into scalable systems
• Collaborate closely with monetisation, analytics, and creative teams
• Maintain internal documentation: processes, logic, and technical briefs

In Your First 3 Months, You Will

• Become fully fluent in our metrics, funnels, and automation logic
• Independently own Meta Ads performance and hit target ROI
• Confidently scale and reduce volumes based on unit economics and signal quality
• Propose and implement improvements to our UA systems and algorithms
• Analyze competitors and market benchmarks to inform strategy

The Ideal Profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition with Meta Ads
• Proven track record in subscription-based B2C products
• Experience managing large paid social budgets ($1M+ / month)
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data
• Solid understanding of web promotion for B2C digital products
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience with attribution, analytics, and engagement tools
• Comfortable working in high-autonomy, performance-driven environments
• English proficiency B1+ or higher
