In this role, you will
Launch, optimize, and scale performance campaigns across DSP networks for the company’s mobile products
Manage large ad budgets with a focus on efficiency and growth
Build, analyze, and automate DSP traffic buying through APIs or internal tools
Design and implement a structured testing framework: creatives, GEOs, segments, targeting, bidding strategies
Collaborate closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to maximize impact
Monitor and analyze key metrics such as CTR, IPM, CPA, CPI, ROMI LT0/LT7, and retention
Prepare detailed performance reports with test outcomes, traffic analysis, and scaling insights
Communicate with DSP account managers, resolving technical and billing issues when needed
Initiate and validate new hypotheses to improve CPA and increase LTV
Research new DSP partners and explore additional traffic sources
It’s all about you
2+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition within DSP / programmatic buying
Practical experience with AppLovin, Moloco, Liftoff, Unity Ads, Mintegral, Smadex, or similar platforms
Deep understanding of bid optimization, eCPM, pacing, bid shading, and frequency caps
Strong knowledge of MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust)
Understanding of SKAdNetwork, iOS privacy, and post-IDFA attribution principles
Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
Proven ability to analyze creative and funnel performance through metrics such as CTR, IPM, retention, and LTV
Experience building automation systems for bidding or creative testing
English level: Upper-Intermediate+ (comfortable communication with partners and in written correspondence)
