The User Acquisition Executive is responsible for the day-to-day planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel UA campaigns aimed at driving aggressive and profitable user growth. What You'll Do

  • Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel user acquisition campaigns across key platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok, AppLovin, Mintegral, Moloco, Liftoff, UnityLevelPlay and other ad networks.
  • Analyze performance data, including market trends, competitor insights, and campaign metrics (CPI, CTR, IR, ROAS/ROI, installs) to identify growth opportunities and shape effective UA strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and collaborate with Creative teams to translate data-driven insights into stronger marketability and conversion outcomes.
  • Work closely with global advertising partners and networks to drive campaign optimization, adopt best practices, and explore new traffic sources to expand user reach.
  • Monitor product and revenue metrics to understand user behavior, determine funnel improvements, and align UA tactics with business goals.
  • Stay updated on platform policies, new features, and industry developments, ensuring each network’s best practices are implemented effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and creative teams to ensure cohesive execution and continuous improvement across campaigns.

Who You Are

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, preferably across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok, AppLovin, Mintegral, Moloco, Liftoff, UnityLevelPlay and other ad networks.
  • Proficiency with MMP platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) and understanding of key Monetization metrics (ROAS, LTV, ARPDAU, etc).
  • Experience in in-app marketing or funnel optimization to drive deeper user engagement and conversions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret multiple data sources and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • A creative and curious mindset, with the ability to identify trends and propose innovative solutions.
