Open positions:

*CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

** English fluency is a must **

**Operations Shift Availability:**

- Morning Shift: 6 am to 3 pm / Alternate weekends

- Evening shift: 3pm to 11pm / Alternate weekends

-Night Shift: 11pm to 6am

-Weekends coverage:

-Friday to Monday:

*Evening: 2pm to 12 am

*Morning: 6 am to 4pm

Requirements

• English is a must
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Previous experience in land logistics positions desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
• Coordinating with other departments to make sure all paper work is thoroughly managed.
• Provide administrative support including generation of reports, presentations, policies and general correspondence documents.
