About the Role We are hiring an India-based recruiter to support end-to-end hiring for Netomi’s North America teams across both technical and business functions. This role will focus on US hiring and partner closely with US stakeholders to recruit high-quality talent across engineering, product, sales, customer success, and operations. You will act as a global recruiter operating in the US talent market, with strong sourcing capability and ownership of critical hiring pipelines. Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end hiring for US roles across: Engineering & Product, Sales & GTM, Customer Success & Operations and Corporate & Business functions.
  • Partner with US hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy
  • Build outbound pipelines via LinkedIn, sourcing tools, and referrals
  • Screen candidates for technical/business readiness and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate cross-time-zone interviews smoothly
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience aligned with US hiring standards
  • Track recruiting metrics and pipeline health
  • Maintain ATS accuracy and hiring documentation
  • Support proactive talent mapping for future hiring
  • Requirements
  • 4–7+ years of recruiting experience across tech and non-tech roles
  • Experience hiring for US/global markets preferred
  • Strong outbound sourcing capability
  • Comfortable recruiting both technical and business talent
  • Ability to work partial US overlap hours
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management
  • Startup or high-growth company experience preferred
  • Data-driven and execution-focused mindset

  • SaaS / B2B tech hiring experience
  • Experience hiring engineers and GTM talent
  • Agency + in-house mix background
