Responsibilities

  • Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' suitability for specific IT roles.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure up-to-date candidate information.
  • Stay current on industry trends and IT market dynamics to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Engage in talent networking activities and attend job fairs to promote hiring initiatives.
  • Provide feedback and updates to hiring managers on candidate status and recruitment efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in IT recruitment is preferred; however, entry-level candidates with relevant skills will be considered.
  • Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and the tech industry landscape.
  • Proficient in sourcing candidates through various platforms and channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications and conduct interviews.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.
  • High level of motivation and commitment to achieving recruitment goals.
