Hiring Freelance IT Recruiters

TLDR

Contribute to shaping and scaling an organization by managing the full recruitment process and building a candidate pipeline in the IT sector.

We are looking for a Freelance - IT Recruiter ( Junior and Mid level) who will help us shape, build, and scale our organization.

Vietname Location to support our clients.


Responsibilities:

Manage and drive full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer.

Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing for candidates.

Value and continue to build a great candidate experience by engaging with candidates throughout the interview process.

Partner with hiring teams and talent team to develop and execute on sourcing strategies.

Develop effective interview plans to support hiring managers with their decision process.

Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, HR teams.

Qualifications:

Atleast minimum 2 years full life-cycle IT recruiting experience.

Ability to effectively evaluate technical and non-technical aptitude.

Experience in sourcing for technical and non-technical candidates through multiple channels (including social media, targeted sourcing campaigns, networking events, etc.).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good commission structure to start with , After performance review we will make it a Full Time position.
