We’re hiring an AI Engineer to drive AI adoption across the studio.
You’ll work directly with the Tech Manager to turn AI from “nice-to-have” into day-to-day infrastructure for our teams, across game development, operations, and player-facing workflows. You’ll jump between AI tools, backend services, automation, and game-related workflows — with one goal: make AI a force multiplier for the company.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Partner with the Tech Manager to design, prototype, and ship AI-powered tools used by game, art, marketing, and live ops teams
Roll out coding copilots, internal assistants, and AI-driven utilities that boost developer productivity
Build and integrate creative AI pipelines for text, 2D, 3D, and video content
Set up and maintain MCP servers, authentication systems, and internal AI access layers
Support AI pilots in creative brief generation, UA asset production, marketing analysis, live ops, and player support
Fine-tune and adapt models to match our business needs and content style
Document what you build and help train teams to actually use it
QUALIFICATIONS
Mastery of at least one core language: Python or TypeScript
Strong prompt engineering skills — you can turn rough ideas into working AI workflows
Ability to fine-tune models to meet specific business requirements
Hands-on experience prompting text-to-image and multimodal models
Familiarity with tools like Midjourney, Veo 3, Imagen 4, Nano Banana, Kling AI, etc.
Solid problem-solving skills and a bias toward shipping, not over-planning
Good communication skills and comfort working with multiple teams
Nice to Have:
Experience with Unity/C#, Web (React/JavaScript), or Backend (Node.js/Python)
Interest in automation, dev tooling, AI/ML, or MLOps/RL
Side projects, AI experiments, or hackathons that show you build things for real
Familiarity with Git and collaborative dev workflows
