ABOUT THE JOB
We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong passion for tech products: games and apps.
You will work with our talented in-house Creative Team to produce design and learn AI tools to unlock new possibilities in your creative work for our games store and ads.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Creative Production
Produce and design high quality 2D/3D graphic assets, tailored for Game storekits, Ads, with a strong match with game aesthetics
Resize and iterate storekits assets: Icon, Screenshot, Featured Image following Creative Briefs with compelling, eye-catching game graphics.
Design and resize banner Ads for marketing campaigns
Design materials for Ads production, such as in game elements, background, characters, outfits, props..
Work closely with the Creative Strategist, UA to execute the task without depending on the brief, you will actively contribute ideas, your context of business performance, and deliver design output within shortest time and minimal feedback.
Explore New AI Design Tools
Constantly research new AI design, motion, and production tools
Test new AI models and document the pros/cons for the team.
Suggest tools that improve speed, quality, or workflow efficiency.
Benchmark our output vs other studios’ AI workflows.
Build & Maintain Asset Library
Curate prompts, assets, style references, and reusable components.
Organize an internal prompt library (characters, icons, layouts).
Document best practices for consistent AI-assisted design.
Creative Research
Explore new art styles, visual directions, and format ideas.
Test emerging aesthetics (anime, stylized 3D, flat 2D, video loops).
Bring fresh creative angles inspired by trends and AI breakthroughs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Skills
Minimum 2 years working with Multimedia design softwares (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro Illustrator..)
Familiar with Nano Banana Pro, ChatGPT, Midjourney/NB, Runway and video AI tools.
Fast learner with new AI tools.
Can independently research for materials following the provided brief.
Graduated in Graphic Design, Game Art or related field (rising senior or recent graduate preferred)
Strong portfolio: 2D art, video design, or AI-hybrid work.
Passion for music games, ads, and creative trends.
SOFT SKILLS
Able to work under fast iteration cycles and tight deadlines.
Strong ownership mindset—drives tasks to completion with accuracy and attention to detail
Open to feedback, proactive in asking questions, and comfortable sharing creative ideas.
Curious, adaptable, and eager to upgrade skills (AI tools, new editing techniques, creative trends).

PC or Macbook provided by the company.
