Coordinate the creative production process for Game advertising projects while ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering a results-driven teamwork environment.
Projects Coordination:
Manage creative production tasks from concept to production, ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, brief, track progress, manage designer resources effectively.
Follow up on task progress, unblock issues, and flag risks early to Leaders.
Collab with cross-functional teams to align project execution, goals, timeline
Asset and Delivery Management:
Produce, collect and organize all required assets, footage, and documentation.
Perform quality checks to ensure outputs meet technical requirements and maintain high standards.
Ensure all project outputs are well stored and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Support quality checks before delivery (format, resolution, naming, basic consistency).
Resource & Performance Management:
Monitor and manage project resources, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Regularly update and track OKRs/KPIs to reflect team performance and project milestones.
Proactively identify and implement opportunities for personal and team improvement.
