Unreal Programmer (Baltic Region)

We’re looking for an Unreal Programmer who is self-motivated, goal-orientated, and a strong team player. The ideal candidate will have extensive full-time UE programming experience in games. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the digital content production process and who is willing to work with content creators and engineers of other disciplines to build awesome games.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

• Implement and improve a variety of fast and efficient game features in Unreal.
• Maintain and build code using C++/Blueprints for all assigned work streams. 
• Help provide architectural oversight across the entire application. 
• Collaborate with design in implementing and new features.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a professional in game development.
• 5+ years as a professional Unreal Game Developer.
• Great understanding of modern Unreal C++ and Blueprints.
• Gameplay and systems design experience is a must. 
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

DESIRABLE PLUSES: 

• Experienced with multiplayer, network replication.
• Experience in Tools Development.
• Solid technical foundation (e.g. Computer Science / Maths Degree or equivalent).
