University Recruiter

The University Recruiting team at Sandisk is tasked with implementing strategies to identify, attract, and recruit high-quality and diverse university students, establishing a robust and enduring talent pipeline. We are to initiate University Recruiting programs and collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders within Sandisk to attract top-tier global talent from academic institutions.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own full life-cycle recruitment for New College Graduates & Interns across multiple functions, including: building talent pipeline, screening, on-site interviews, and offers
• Build and maintain relations with key University partners
• Implement enterprise-wide university recruiting strategy and marketing approach to attract a diverse pipeline of student talent that aligns to business goals
• Ability to travel domestically, during peak recruiting cycles

Required:

• Fresh graduates from Bachelors Degree in Business/Marketing or relevant studies
• Excellent communication, especially in English
• Understanding of university's academic cycle
• Client focused individual with outstanding judgment & creative problem-solving skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment and has the ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines

Preferred:

• Ability to design branding materials and LinkedIn visuals using Canva, PowerPoint, or similar creative tools is an added advantage

Skills:

• Demonstrates strong project management skills with exceptional organization and attention to detail
