Joining our team of experienced support consultants, you will take a proactive approach in the delivery of proactive and reactive support across the technology stack within Unifi our Microsoft Dynamics Practice.

Synergi is a Microsoft Partner providing businesses with Microsoft Dynamics solutions and Business Support services. We are currently recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Consultant to join our team.

The role offered is permanent and full time, working remotely as part of a dynamic and experienced team.

Objective of the Role:

The objective of this role is to take a consultative approach to the support of existing customer solutions regarding their Dynamics product suite. This will be primarily remote, and Teams-based support direct to our clients.

The Dynamics 365 product stack includes applications such as Business Central, Sales and Service but also significant elements of the Power Platform. 

You will also support the wider team working closely with other members of the business where required.

Roles, Duties & Expectations:

  • Effectively engage with customers and colleagues in a professional manner
  • Understand typical business processes and provide advice when required
  • Be seen as a trusted advisor on product issues and be able to communicate to every level within an organisation
  • Communicate with 3rd-party providers including application vendors to resolve complex multi-party issues
  • Ensure workload is managed to deliver the service within clearly defined SLAs
  • Ensure accuracy and completion of data entry based on incidents and problems
  • Demonstrate well-developed problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to delivery
  • Take ownership of issues and maintain good communication with customers, suppliers and 3rd parties throughout the service delivery lifecycle
  • Support the sales and account management teams with opportunity spotting and support activities
  • Assist the project team with delivery based on workload demand

Requirements

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Highly capable in diagnostics and troubleshooting with confidence in providing support and training to users
  • Experience across several industries inc. distribution
  • A background in accounting or advanced knowledge of financial processes
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in the support of CRM and ERP systems with experience in Dynamics support a clear advantage but not essential
  • Experience with typical management reporting needs of a business
  • Experience in associated products such as Power BI and the Power Platform stack is advantageous
  • Experience of third-party add-on products such as Continia, Zetadocs and Tasklet is advantageous
