What you'll be doing:

  • Providing technical training and guiding the team in managing workloads effectively
  • Delivering high‑quality and responsible lending decisions within our risk appetite
  • Acting as an escalation point for complex queries and complaints and driving learning through root‑cause analysis
  • Working closely with Operations and Risk teams to review MI, identify trends and improve customer outcomes
  • Embedding conduct risk principles into day‑to‑day activity to ensure fair outcomes for customers
  • Building strong working relationships across the business and supporting cross‑functional collaboration
  • Contributing to process and policy improvements to enhance efficiency and decision quality
