Underwriting Support Processor

Our Underwriting Support Processor is responsible for supporting the Commercial Lines Underwriting Department. They will assist in the administrative duties, follow-up, record compliance, and clerical needs of the underwriters and fellow support associates on the team.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and distributing daily New Business Report
  • Order and track Commercial Line Inspections
  • General clerical duties to include handling of email and follow up with Agents
  • Processing endorsements
  • Maintain records and/or policy files according to established guidelines.
  • Assists in developing reports and/or prepares requests for reports.

Requirements

  • High school education or its equivalent
  • Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Organize and interpret data
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments
