We're looking for a security officer, with valid Texas noncommissioned license. To work from 10pm-6am (overnight). $13.00 hourly pay, and plus $3.00 using your vehicle for a total of $16.00 per hour. Must have a decent, working vehicle.
Location: Multifamily (apartment) in Katy, TX 77493.

Responsibilities:
- Perform access controls at gates.
- Foot and vehicle patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
- Provide assistance to people in need.
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
Requirements:
- Level II Uncommssioned Texas Security Certification is required or registered as a Security Guard in Texas DPS
- Previous experience in Security preferred
- Strong customer service
- Phone with space to download apps
- Vehicle (we will give you magnets and lights).
- Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
