Ukrainian or Russian-speaking Customer Advisor – Relocation to Lisbon

UE Passaport, Job Seeker Visa for Portugal or Residence Card in Portugal

Native or fluent in Russian or Ukrainian (both written and spoken)

English B2 or C1

Minimum: High School Diploma

Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable using computer systems and technology

Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required
