UI/UX Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a UI/UX Engineer who can combine strong front-end engineering skills with a strong eye for user experience and design quality. You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to build intuitive, responsive, and high-performing user interfaces—turning designs into scalable, reusable components and delightful product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js / Next.js (or similar frameworks)
Translate Figma designs and user flows into pixel-perfect, production-ready UI
Partner with Product and Design teams to improve usability, accessibility, and consistency across the product
Develop reusable UI components and contribute to a scalable design system / component library
Ensure UI is optimized for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
Implement best practices around layout, design patterns, and state management
Perform UI reviews, improve existing screens, and maintain strong code quality standards
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and deliver end-to-end features

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience as a Front-End Engineer / UI Engineer / UI/UX Engineer
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
Strong hands-on experience with React.js (Next.js is a plus)
Strong understanding of responsive design and modern UI patterns
Experience working with Figma (or similar tools) and converting designs into UI
Understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and usability best practices
Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
