Role Overview
Zevra Inc is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in Figma to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including developers, product managers, and marketing—to translate business requirements into engaging interfaces that enhance usability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma (wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes).
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Create responsive designs optimized for web and mobile platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
🎓 Qualifications
Required
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (including auto-layout, components, prototyping, and design systems).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts.
- Familiarity with other design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience working in agile environments with product and engineering teams.
- Background in branding, motion design, or graphic design is a plus.
