Job Responsibilities

• User-Centered Design: Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Wireframes & Prototypes: Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma and other design tools to test and validate ideas.
• Visual Design: Deliver high-quality UI designs that align with Reely’s branding while ensuring accessibility and usability standards.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure designs are implemented effectively and meet both user and client goals.
• Research & Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to identify pain points and continuously refine design solutions.
• Design Systems: Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency across platforms.
• Trends & Tools: Stay up to date with design trends, interaction patterns, and emerging technologies to enhance user experiences.

Job Requirements

Primary Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with usability testing, user research, and data-driven design.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility guidelines.

Secondary Skills:

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Familiarity with tools like Maze, Hotjar, or similar for testing and analytics.
• Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, 3D design, or AI-enhanced design tools.
