Are you a user-obsessed, systems-minded designer who loves turning messy requirements into clear, intuitive, and scalable digital products?
As a UI/UX Designer at Digital Forms, you’ll work at the heart of our digital transformation projects—shaping experiences for web and mobile products used by companies around the world.
This role blends strong product design craft with a consulting approach. You will collaborate directly with clients, uncover real user and business needs, facilitate workshops, and translate insights into user journeys, prototypes, and production-ready UI. Whether you’re designing a new product from scratch or improving an existing platform, your work will directly impact adoption, efficiency, and business outcomes for our international clients.
Translate business goals and user needs into clear UX strategies, user flows, information architecture, and interaction models.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile applications (from concept to delivery).
Facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders (e.g., problem framing, user journeys, prioritization, validation planning).
Plan and conduct UX research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, competitive analysis) and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
Design clean, consistent interfaces aligned with brand and usability standards; ensure accessibility and inclusive design practices.
Build, maintain, and scale design systems (components, patterns, guidelines) to support multiple products and teams.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure feasibility, clarity, and quality in implementation.
Prepare clear handoffs: specs, annotations, user stories support, edge cases, and responsive/adaptive behavior.
Use data and feedback loops (analytics, user feedback, testing) to iterate and continuously improve the product experience.
Present and defend design decisions to clients and internal stakeholders—clearly explaining trade-offs, risks, and rationale.
Strong experience in UI/UX / Product Design with a portfolio showing end-to-end work (problem → process → solution → impact).
Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping) and modern collaboration workflows.
Strong UX fundamentals: user flows, IA, interaction design, usability heuristics, responsive design.
Experience conducting and/or supporting research and validation (usability testing, interviews, synthesis).
Experience creating and maintaining design systems and working consistently with components and guidelines.
Ability to collaborate effectively with developers (handoffs, constraints, QA feedback); basic understanding of technical feasibility is expected.
Familiarity with accessibility principles (WCAG mindset) and designing for diverse users and contexts.
Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable presenting and collaborating with international clients.
Consulting mindset: can understand business context and translate it into user-centered product decisions.
Strong business orientation: able to connect design decisions to KPIs, adoption, conversion, retention, efficiency, cost, risk.
Clear communicator who can guide stakeholders through ambiguity and align teams around a shared direction.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities.
Comfortable giving/receiving feedback, iterating quickly, and documenting decisions.
Experience designing complex B2B tools (dashboards, workflows, admin panels, enterprise products).
Experience with analytics tools and experimentation (funnels, cohorts, A/B tests, event tracking thinking).
Workshop facilitation experience (discovery, design sprints, stakeholder alignment).
UX writing / content design sensibility.
Experience working with international teams/clients across time zones.
