Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to gather target user insights and design UX/UI solutions based on the design thinking process
- Collaborate with developers to define and refine design requirements and specifications
- Communicate design concepts through storyboards, process flow, and sitemaps
- Develop creative concepts and ideas into wireframes, workflow diagrams, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the desired user experience
- Maintain a strong grasp of current design and technology trends and styles
- Understand project requirements and translate the same to the deliverables with high level of creativity
- Provide creative direction and design input for various projects
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of design system, and UI specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience working with UX/UI design
- Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to apply them effectively
- Proficient in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc
- Knowledge of good ux design practices and relevant law and regulations
- Self-initiative and proactive, able to work independently and take ownership of design tasks
- Flexible, embrace change, and can organize multi-task and shift priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to work under pressure
- Copywriting
- Excellent command in English and Thai, both verbal and written
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with team members
- Knowledge about and experience in AGILE, SCRUM methodologies is a plus
- Front-end development principles and frameworks knowledge (such as HTML, CSS, etc.) is preferred but not required
