We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in India. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and effective designs.
Responsibilities
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for Convai playground, Convai website, etc.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
Present and articulate design decisions to internal teams and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Strong visual design skills with an understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
Ability to create clear and effective user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with software engineering is a bonus but not required
