We are seeking a strategic UI/UX Designer who understands A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). This role is for someone who doesn’t just design visually appealing interfaces—but leverages data, testing, and insights to drive business results. As a UI/UX Designer – Growth & Conversion Optimization, you will own the design, execution, and iteration of high-performing user experiences across Blueprint’s digital platforms. You will play a pivotal role in running A/B tests, identifying UX friction points, and designing solutions that maximize engagement, retention, and revenue. Requirements
Position Responsibilities:
User Experience & Interface Design
- Dive deep into user research and testing, gathering insights to drive design decisions that truly meet our customers' needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for desktop and mobile that enhance user engagement and conversions.
- Optimize eCommerce flows (product discovery, checkout, post-purchase experiences) to drive higher CVR, AOV, and retention.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UX/UI improvements.
- Continue to build and maintain an ADA-compliant website, ensuring our digital experiences are accessible to everyone
A/B Testing & Growth Optimization
- Partner with CRO teams to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests.
- Identify UX friction points and drop-off areas in the funnel using heatmaps, user testing, and analytics.
- Develop test hypotheses based on data insights, iterating designs based on real user behavior.
- Use tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, Hotjar, VWO, and GA4 to track and refine tests.
- Translate test learnings into long-term UX improvements and design system enhancements.
Data-Driven UX Decisions
- Work closely with growth, eCommerce, and product teams to analyze customer journey pain points.
- Apply behavioral psychology and persuasive design principles to drive engagement and action.
- Develop personalized user experiences based on segmentation, data insights, and testing outcomes.
Brand Cohesion & Visual Excellence
- Ensure all designs align with Blueprint’s premium, science-backed aesthetic.
- Craft visually striking yet performance-optimized experiences that balance form and function.
- Create interactive elements and micro-interactions to enhance engagement.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3-6+ years of UI/UX experience, ideally in eCommerce, health, DTC, or performance marketing-driven brands using Shopify
- Strong expertise in Figma for rapid prototyping and UI design
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability testing
- Experience leveraging data to inform design decisions
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment where iteration drives success.
- Passionate about longevity, health, and optimizing human performance through design.
