UI/UX Designer

Join BlackStone eIT as a UI/UX Designer and be a key player in shaping exceptional user experiences across our digital platforms. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for designing interfaces that not only look great but also provide a seamless and enjoyable user experience.

Your primary duties will include gathering user requirements through research and analysis, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating closely with product managers and developers to ensure that design solutions align with user needs and technological capabilities. You will leverage your design skills to create user-friendly layouts and interactive elements that enhance usability and engagement.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a strong foundation in design principles and a passion for user-centered design. You will stay updated on the latest design trends and be eager to contribute fresh ideas that drive innovation within our products.

Requirements

• Minimum 5- 7 years’ experience in UI/UX design.​
• Ability to create new designs as well as enhance existing ones.​
• Experience designing both mobile apps , web applications and websites.​
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe XD, Adobe Figma, and Adobe Illustrator.​
• Ability to convert design pages to HTML templates.​
• Expertise in prototyping, wireframing, user flows, and mock-ups.​
• Strong visual design skills and proficiency with design software.​
• Experience in user research and usability testing.​
• Expertise in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.​
• Skilled in User Interface Design (UID) and User Experience Design (UED).​
• Understanding of information architecture.​
• Ability to understand institution’s users, services, processes and needs, and design accordingly.​
• Independent and hands-on approach.
