  • Design Ads Variances and build treatments for conversion optimization 
  • Monitor and keep up with industry's best ads creative trends 
  • Set up testing pages and design treatment tests in VWO 

About the Role 

You'll handle daily campaign design and conversion optimization work—creating landing pages, ad creative, and A/B test treatments at velocity. This role focuses on shipping campaign work quickly while running systematic CRO experiments to improve performance. 

You'll work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign briefs into live pages, design test variants, and monitor industry best practices for conversion design. You'll learn to use VWO and other testing platforms on the job. This frees the Senior Growth Engineer to focus on strategic initiatives while you handle the daily flow of campaign requests. 

What You'll Do 

Ad Creative & Conversion Treatments: 

  • Design ad variants for display, social, and paid campaigns 
  • Build conversion-optimized treatments for landing pages, CTAs, and forms 
  • Create campaign-specific page variants aligned with marketing goals 
  • Rapidly generate ad creative concepts and variations 

Industry Monitoring & Best Practices: 

  • Monitor and research industry's best ads creative trends
  • Stay current on conversion design patterns and CRO best practices 
  • Apply learnings from industry trends to campaign designs 
  • Share insights on emerging creative approaches 

A/B Testing & Optimization: 

  • Set up testing pages and design treatment tests (training provided on VWO platform) 
  • Create A/B test variants and multivariate experiments 
  • Analyze test results and iterate designs based on performance data 
  • Maintain experiment backlog and help prioritize tests based on conversion impact and business goals 

Daily Campaign Execution: 

  • Design landing pages for ongoing marketing campaigns and product launches 
  • Translate campaign briefs into live pages within 24–72 hours, depending on scope and complexity 
  • Handle high-velocity campaign requests from marketing team 
  • Ship work quickly while maintaining brand standards and conversion principles 

Required Skills 

  • 1–2 years UI/UX or digital marketing design experience 
  • Strong Figma skills for landing pages and ad creative 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator 
  • Understanding of conversion design principles (CTAs, forms, hierarchy) 
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing concepts and data-driven design 
  • Ability to work fast with multiple campaigns 
  • Portfolio showing campaign or marketing-focused design 

Nice-to-Have 

  • Experience with any A/B testing platform (VWO, Google Optimize, Optimizely, etc.) 
  • Builder.io or rapid page development tools 
  • Digital advertising creative experience 
  • Agency or fast-paced marketing team experience 
  • Familiarity with CRO best practices and conversion psychology
