UI/UX Artist

We are looking for an experienced professional who will bring creativity, precision and innovation to the UI/UX area of the extraordinary projects developed in our studio.

The UI/UX Аrtist in Gameloft Sofia will have the opportunity to:

•    Design intuitive, attractive and innovative UI systems
•    Create highly polished UI assets, following an established style, palette and templating convention for: menus, icons, in-game HUDs and loading screens
•    Create logos and iconography
•    Design motion graphics for in-game assets
•    Optimize 9-slicing and preparing UI assets for integration
•    Work closely with the production team of the game to ensure that UI assets are implemented on time and on spec in the game
•    Research and present proposals for new features and assets
•    Demonstrate creativity, adaptability to different game and graphic styles
•    Learn and apply artistic/IP/licensing guidelines
•    Execute clients (licensor/lead/supervisor) revisions on spec and on time

•    Excellent illustration, design, typography and motion design skills
•    Passion in gaming and especially UI/UX art
•    Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Flash/Animate
•    Excellent communication and organizational skills
•    Knowledge of 3D applications (Blender, 3ds Max) will be considered a plus
•    Experience in UI animation/motion design and VFX will be also considered a plus
•    Bachelor/Master Degree in illustration, graphic design or equivalent academic or professional experience

An up to date portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of UIs, icons, illustration and graphic design, UI design ergonomics and aesthetics with a focus on polished execution and traditional rendering techniques will be considered a plus.
