[UAE] Data Science & AI (UAE National)

Sia is seeking a motivated and analytical UAE National with a background in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields to join our consulting team in the Middle East. 

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about leveraging data and AI to solve complex business challenges.

You will work closely with senior consultants and clients to support strategy development, data analysis, AI use-case identification, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support consulting engagements across strategy, digital transformation, and AI initiatives
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights
• Assist in identifying AI and automation opportunities for clients
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for client stakeholders
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and industry analysis
• Support development of business cases for AI-driven solutions
• Participate in client meetings and workshops
• Prepare high-quality presentations and documentation

• UAE National 
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
• 0–1 year of experience (consulting exposure preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and data modeling
• Familiarity with tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Strong communication and presentation skills (Arabic & English is a must)
• High motivation to build a career in management consulting
