[UAE] Data & AI Consulting Manager

As we expand our Data & AI capabilities in the Middle East, we are seeking an AI Consulting Manager to drive impact across strategy, delivery, and growth.

As an AI Consulting Manager, you will:

• Lead client delivery across a wide range of AI and digital transformation topics, including:
  • AI & Data strategy, operating models, and roadmaps.
  • Analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
  • Data architecture, pipelines, and modernisation across platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Oracle).
  • AI adoption, governance, and value realisation.
• Manage and grow teams of Data & AI consultants, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
• Drive business development, including client relationship management, proposals, and technical sales.
• Contribute to thought leadership and expand our AI offerings, leveraging Sia’s global platforms (e.g., Heka.ai, SiaGPT).

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12 years experience in technology consulting, with proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions and consulting services.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (business proficiency required).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in professional services, preferably in a Big 4 environment or with another leading consulting firm. Data and AI delivery experience is indispensable.
• Strong track record of working with clients in UAE, KSA, or Qatar, with familiarity of local business environments.
• Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build networks and influence stakeholders effectively
• Ability to manage project teams, inspire consultants, and oversee delivery from strategy to execution.
• Experience in business development, client engagement, and RFP/proposal processes.
• Technical foundation in some or all of the following:
  • Cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Oracle).
  • Data transformation and analytics tools (ADF, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, etc.).
  • Applied AI/ML techniques (supervised/unsupervised learning, forecasting, econometrics).
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
