TLDR

Drive overseas market expansion through strong client relationships and project management, thereby contributing to the company's revenue growth.

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development professional with strong prospecting abilities. If you excel at building networks, identifying business opportunities, and have a strong passion for the ACG industry, this role will provide a platform for you to make a meaningful impact.
You will directly participate in overseas market projects, taking part in the full cycle from market expansion and client negotiations to partnership execution, driving tangible revenue growth for the company.

What You Will Do

  • Proactively develop potential clients and partners to expand overseas market opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients to enhance collaboration depth and long-term value
  • Gain in-depth understanding of client needs and propose commercially valuable solutions and partnership models
  • Collaborate closely with internal service teams to execute projects and ensure smooth progress and delivery
  • Track project performance and provide analytical reports to continuously optimize business strategies
  • Set and achieve performance targets at each stage to generate stable revenue for the company
  • Work alongside supervisors on overseas projects during the initial stage to quickly become familiar with products and markets

Who You Are

  • Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (must be able to communicate with overseas clients) ※ The interview will include approximately 2–3 English speaking questions or Q&A
  • Strong interest in ACG culture or relevant industry knowledge
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills

Nice To Have

  • Experience in overseas business or cross-border collaboration
  • Proven track record in market expansion or new client acquisition
