Your mission: Guide children (ages 8–9) through the world of logic, algorithms, and engineering thinking using Minecraft. Turn their love for gaming into real coding experience.

What you'll do:

  • Teach online lessons using Minecraft Education and MakeCode

  • Explain programming concepts (loops, conditions, variables, coordinates) through hands-on activities

  • Lead group projects to develop teamwork and problem-solving skills

  • Supervise final projects from idea to presentation

Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Experience teaching children (8–12) in school or afterschool settings

  • Solid knowledge of Minecraft mechanics (redstone, automation, builds). Minecraft Education experience is a plus

  • Understanding of basic programming concepts (loops, conditions, variables)

  • Willingness to learn our course methodology

  • Ability to explain complex ideas simply and engagingly

Nice to have:

  • Experience teaching coding, robotics, or tech creativity to kids

  • Familiarity with MakeCode, Scratch, or similar visual programming

  • Organizational skills and project management experience
