💰 What We Offer
Competitive pay: $20.00 – $22.00/hour
Quarterly maintenance bonus potential (up to $3,000/year)

🔧 What You’ll Do
Complete maintenance work orders with guidance from senior team members
Help prepare apartments between resident move-ins and move-outs
Learn and assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
Perform basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs
Keep property grounds and common areas clean and welcoming
Participate in preventative maintenance tasks
Rotate on-call duties with support from the team
✅ What You Bring
At least 1 year of maintenance, handyman, or related experience
(apartment, hotel, construction, or general repair work all count)
Basic knowledge of one or more: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or appliances
Willingness to learn HVAC and other systems (training provided)
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Strong customer service attitude and pride in your work
