Truck Driver Support

We are currently seeking a Onsite Driver Support with experience with truck drivers operation to join our team in Nuevo Laredo.

Shifts:
-Friday to Monday: 7 am to 5 pm
-Monday to Friday: 3 pm to 11 pm (alternate weekends)

Responsibilities:

• Greet drivers professionally, ensure drivers clearly understand their assignments and next steps, helping them with any questions or concerns.
• Review shift updates, clarify routes, load details, appointment times, and coordinate with the dispatch team to resolve questions or changes.
• Print, verify, organize, and distribute load sheets and dispatch documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness before handing them to drivers.
• Identify missing or incorrect paperwork, address driver issues, and escalate urgent, unresolved, safety, or compliance concerns promptly.
• Log into required systems, ensure workstation functionality, verify internet and printer connectivity, and confirm availability of documents and supplies.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams to share updates on delays, changes, or operational issues.
• Track repeated driver concerns, document outstanding issues, and report major or recurring problems to the on-shift Team Lead or Manager.
• Ensure smooth transitions between shifts by handing over pending issues and clearly logging unresolved driver concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, or related fields.
• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or driver support preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with drivers and internal teams.
• Good computer skills and ability to work with dispatch systems, printers, and standard office equipment.
• Strong attention to detail to verify paperwork, load information, and appointment details accurately.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, on-site environment, prioritizing urgent issues effectively.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate safety, compliance, or operational concerns when required.
• Advanced English skills
