It changes who yogis are off the mat, making their lives and their communities better. That’s the real meaning of studio-to-street: taking the consciousness from practice on the mat and putting it into practice in life.

OVERVIEW:

The Trim Manager is responsible for end-to-end trim development and management (buttons, zippers, labels), partnering with nominated vendors and factory suppliers to ensure trims meet Alo’s aesthetic, functional, cost, lead time, and quality requirements. Regionalization: Recommend trims for regional programs, factoring in tariffs, local sourcing, and origin rules.

Process Improvement: Standardize and improve workflows; maintain SOPs for development, testing, approval, and vendor relations.

Issue Escalation: Serve as main contact for production or SMS delays and quality issues; troubleshoot and implement corrective actions.
