About The Role
As a Buying Professional at Trendyolmilla, you will be responsible for translating customer needs and market trends into commercially successful collections. You will closely monitor sales and stock performance, develop action plans accordingly, and track domestic and international market developments.
You will manage the end-to-end product process from design to production and sales, maintain strong relationships with suppliers, and identify new sourcing opportunities. By effectively managing budgets and resources, you will take proactive actions to achieve business and growth targets.
Your Main Responsibilities
Understanding the customers' and markets' dynamic demands,
Tracking the sales and stock reports regularly, creating action plans accordingly,
To track the domestic and international sector improvements and trends closely,
Developing the collection according to customer's expectations,
Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and searching for new resources for new products,
Coordination of all processes of the product from the design phase to the production and sales,
Taking necessary actions to achieve the targets by using budget management.
Qualities We Are Looking For
University degree, preferably in Textile Engineering, Engineering, Economics, Management,
Minimum 6 years of experience focused on men line in textile or production companies,
Comfortable with the big picture as well as small details, with a sense of analytical thinking,
Detail-orientation, and eagerness to learn,
Excellent communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders- Numbers are key, but business can only be built with people,
Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Turkish.
This position includes senior titles/roles.
